Transform self, enterprise and the world.
Destined for Greatness
We find ourselves at the juncture of an incurable time – an incredible age in humanity. We are vastly more connected to each other and more accessible to the worlds information than ever before. With such access, comes the opportunity to rededicate ourselves to something that would have previously been unimaginable. It’s a call to position ourselves to something great than ourselves — a rededication of our life’s higher purpose and calling — to find ourselves in work that is ripe with meaning, where we are fully engaged and relentlessly purposing our calling.
Our Place in the World
The best of organizations position themselves first and ask, “why do we exist in the world?” From here, org structuring turn to vision/mission statements, values and shorter term quarterly goals. The alignment and tracking of this said existence is what matters most. This is often when and organization makes a misstep — when they loose touch with the core aspects for what they stand for and loose sight of the true DNA of which they are comprised.
We find ourselves at an age where we should be dedicating a far greater part of our lives in a heightened state of being — a position where we are spending a greater effort on those things which we are most called to do in this lifetime. [Observe your behavior over the next week. Connect with the time where you are most aware of your tracking to your higher purpose. What was the feeling? The activity? How can you do more of it?]
The Question: How do we continually track our higher long-term purpose, while maintaining a close track on our short-term objectives and goals? It requires us to go inward and develop new behaviors — to constantly evolve and become a new version of ourselves. It is a call for continual transformation of self — to tap into our personal growth, the relationships in our lives and the impact we have in the world.
Tracking Our Due North
We are all destined for greatness. To do and be something truly unique and authentic in this life. How do we track our higher purpose and lead a life that aligns with out values?
What it our intent? How do we build our persona to speak purely and effortlessly from our inner calling? Often we move through the course of a day with a passive and prescriptive behavior — following habits that are less than our better motives intend.
Leading our lives with deep intention builds a more accurate position for how can actively engage in a range of situations. It requires full participation from our conscious mind and necessitates our true self to be present in all that we do. What if we consciously intended 100% of our daily actions? I mean all of it. The lunch we choose to have, the transport we used to get work? A deeper level of intention accounts for every aspect of our lives. It makes us more aware of our actions and empathetic for the impact we impose on others.

The interplay between rapid learning and applied knowledge can be seen as a seamless experience. It optimized for near instantaneous feedback, which enables the process of learning to move from concept to hypothesis to validation as quickly as possible. The more often you learn whether you are validation a hypothesis, the faster you can move on from an idea if it does not achieve the intended result. If the validation does get you closer to your hypothesis, you can further refine your product/service and double down on optimization.
